The immediate need was to launch in Europe and prepare for USA launch. BioGotec worked with the CEO and senior management to plan and install an outsourced global distribution and customer service operation in a short period on time for launch.
An established pharmaceutical company needing to expand its European market reach based on the in-licence of a specially formulated product for the management of post operative pain. BioGotec working with the management of the company to validate their expansion plan and identify appropriate commercial and distribution partners for sale and supply in countries such as Germany and the Netherlands.

An award winning small US Company with a novel orthodontic product and little understanding of the European market. BioGotec created the appropriate market entry strategy to drive sales and build reputation as a serious player in the orthodontic market.
A small US based Biotechnology Company with a home-administered chronic treatment that will get EU approval in mid-2012. In early 2010 they wish to present a top-level outline to their Board of Directors of the possible ways to market their product in Europe.
